All orders will be processed within 10 business days. Processing times may vary based on our personal schedule and the volume of orders placed before yours. Since each order is processed personally by Shanika Sunrise, we kindly ask for your patience in its preparation. We appreciate your understanding and support!

Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail. Delivery time:

UK: 2-3 business days after shipping

Europe: 3-5 business days after shipping

Other countries: 6-7 business days after shipping

Shipping costs

We ship internationally. All orders are shipped from the UK. The shipping costs are calculated at the check out. 

Please keep in mind that there may be import taxes you have to pay. We are not responsible for fulfilling this payment. If you don't pay the import tax when applicable, there might be delays with your delivery, or your order will be returned to us.

Lost or damage package

If your package gets lost or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will aim to sort it.

After ShanikaSunrise.com ships your order, we are not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur during the shipping process. Please contact Royal Mail if anything happens to your package.
